Recommended Method and Manners of Excellentway Society Members Guideline:

In almost any situation, you wil notice certain persons who stand out from the crowd. Not from being boisterous necessarily, or by being quiet in itself, but from their self assured attitude and excellent actions. They seem to be more polite, or kinder, or more aware and involved or something, than the others around them. Some people are somehow different than most of the others, you see them trying harder...

We expect that to be YOU.

If you notice an act of excellence, some act of kindness, sacrifice, or extreme good by some person, you may attempt to encourage such good...............

While a member in good standing, you may write on an Excellentway Society Reward Card issued with membership, or a blank card;

You may approach the person, identify yourself as a member of The Excellentway Society showing your ID Tag, express your appreciation, and hand them the card.

For example;

"Excuse me, I'm a member of The Excellentway Society and I think that was something excellent... If you go to the web site www.Excellentway.com, enter some information including my code number and todays date, something excellent may come back to you..."

Such a reward is not guaranteed so ALWAYS USE THE TERM; "may come back to you..." You may further stress that you are "nominating their actions to the society for review..."

The mystery is more important than any in depth explanation.

To prevent fraud or imitation, you must always show your Excellentway Society ID Tag, be willing to prove your identity by photo ID, never promise anything specific but only that you are nominating them, and report your effort to the society.

A new member may present their Excellentway Society ID Tag and attempt to reward some excellent person in this manner no more than three times during their membership year.

Email the Excellentway Society and enter:

1. ExWay Agent Name/Code Number

2. Date/Time

3. Location

4. Summary Of Noteworthy Event

You may also nominate the excellent actions of a person or persons even if you did not personally witness the incident, if enough evidence is available to substantiate the event.

We can't reward every act of kindness or noble sacrifice of course, and the act should be reward enough in itself, but if you witness something extraordinary, perhaps we can help encourage such efforts. Common activities such as holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc., are not considered excellent in themselves, for the most part, and this method is not a substitute for a gift card.

Excellentway Society Members in good standing may participate in this function only with the understanding that we reserve the right to reward any person or group at any time for any event or activity, with any type of reward or encouragement that we may choose, or not, with all decisions final.

Excellentway Society Members may check with the Excellentway Society at anytime 365/7/24 before approaching someone and showing their ID Tag, to determine if the activity actually meets our guidelines.

If we agree that it was something excellent and noteworthy, and if the person correctly enters their information at www.Excellentway.com, we may deliver them some kind of small reward or encouragement.

We may also acknowledge the excellent actions of a person or persons by presenting them with a framed "One Excellent One" certificate and/or other rewards as we deem appropriate, without any required actions.

Some people try harder to see and acknowledge the good in others.

We expect that to be YOU.
